【Online Reservations】Troubleshooting Booking Issues (LINKTIVITY)
We have received many inquiries from customers who are unable to complete their reservations through the online booking system.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
1. Screen Freezing Issues
- Recently, some customers have reported that the screen freezes after entering credit card details and clicking “Confirm Payment”.
- This issue is often caused by the Chrome browser translation function. Please turn off your browser’s translation feature and try booking again.
2. Payment Failures
- Some credit card payments may fail due to rejection by the card issuer.

If your reservation cannot be completed, please try another credit card or check your card company’s security settings.
- Some card companies send a security confirmation email. If you receive one, please confirm that the transaction is valid and then try booking again.

If you are unable to complete your reservation through LINKTIVITY, you can also book through the KKday booking website.
Same-Day Tickets
Tickets can also be purchased at the boarding ticket counter on the day of your visit.

If online booking is difficult, or if you wish to use the disability discount, please purchase a same-day ticket.
Outside busy seasons (such as autumn foliage or holidays), boarding is usually available without long waits. However, waiting times may occur depending on crowd levels or weather conditions.
For the shortest waiting time, we recommend arriving for the first departure of the day:
9:00 AM (around 8:30 AM during peak seasons / 10:00 AM in winter).
