大変ありがたいことに、多くのお客様にご利用いただき、繁忙期にはオンライン予約が満席となる時間帯がございます。
繁忙期のオンライン予約に関するお問い合わせも増えておりますので、以下にご案内をまとめました。
■ ご予約について
- ご予約は ご乗船希望日の 3か月前から受付 しております。
- 恐れ入りますが、ご希望の時間帯に空きがない場合は、別のお時間でのご予約をご検討ください。
■ 当日券をご利用の場合
- ご予約がなくても、乗船場にて当日券を販売しております。
- ただし、当日券は先着順での受付となり、待ち時間はその日の予約状況・天候・販売枚数により大きく変動いたします。
※そのため、事前にお問い合わせいただきましても、待ち時間や販売枚数について正確なご案内はできかねます。
恐れ入りますが、何卒ご理解のほどお願いいたします。 - スケジュールに余裕がある場合は、オンライン予約で空きのある時間帯を事前に確保されることをおすすめいたします。
🍁 例年の傾向（オープン船時刻表・秋シーズン）
- 8:00〜8:30頃（遅くとも9:00頃まで）に受付いただければ、通常待ち時間なしで乗船可能です。
- それ以降は混雑し、午後には当日券が完売することもございます。
- 9:30以降はトロッコ列車の到着により、特に混雑しやすくなります。
※混雑を避けたい方は、トロッコ列車以外の交通手段で朝早くお越しいただくのがおすすめです。
❄️ 例年の傾向（冬季時刻表）
- 第一便（10時）は通常通常待ち時間なしで乗船可能です。
- 終日ご乗船いただける日が多いですが、混雑状況によっては 午後に当日券が完売 することもあります。
🌫️ 朝いち便のおすすめ（秋〜冬）
亀岡は「霧のまち」として知られており、早朝の便では白靄に包まれた幻想的な景色を楽しめます。
進むにつれ京都市内に入ると霧が晴れ、美しい紅葉が広がる――そんな特別な船旅を体験いただけます。

お時間のご都合がつく場合は、オンラインで空きがある時間帯をご予約いただくのが確実でおすすめです。
当日券は、当日の状況（天候や来場者数）により、待ち時間の有無が変わりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
オンライン予約が取れた方へ：
受付時間の10分前頃になると、予約のお客様のチェックインで受付に長蛇の列ができる傾向にあります。
お時間の調整が可能な方は、少し早めにお越しいただき、余裕をもって受付をお済ませいただくとスムーズです。

キャンセル発生により、現在満席の時間帯にも空きが出る場合がございます。

Reservation & Same-Day Ticket Information for the Peak Season
During the peak season—especially during the autumn leaves period—we are fortunate to welcome many visitors.
As a result, online reservations often fill up quickly, and we receive many inquiries about availability.
■ Online Reservations
- Reservations open 3 months before your desired tour date.
- If your preferred time slot is full, please consider booking another available time.
🎫 Using Same-Day Tickets

Same-day tickets are sold at the boarding area even without an online reservation.
However:

Same-day tickets are first-come, first-served.

Waiting times vary depending on online reservations, weather conditions, and same-day demand.

Please note that we cannot provide exact waiting times or ticket availability in advance.
For guests with flexible schedules, we recommend booking an available time online for the most reliable experience.

🍁 Typical Trends (Open-Boat Season):
- If you arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 (by 9:00 at the latest), you can usually board without waiting.
- After that, it becomes crowded, and same-day tickets may sell out by the afternoon.
- After 9:30, congestion increases due to the arrival of the Torokko train.
If you wish to avoid crowds, we recommend arriving early using transportation other than the Torokko train.
❄️ Typical Trends (Winter Schedule):
- The first boat at 10:00 usually has little to no waiting time.
- Same-day tickets are generally available all day, but on busy days they may sell out by the afternoon.
🌫️ Recommended: Early Morning Ride (Autumn & Winter)
Kameoka is known as the “City of Mist,” and on early morning departures, you can enjoy a magical scenery enveloped in white mist.
As you proceed toward Kyoto City, the mist clears, revealing beautiful autumn leaves—an especially memorable boat ride experience.
💡 For a Smooth and Reliable Experience
If your schedule allows, it is safest and most recommended to reserve a time slot online when availability exists.
Please note that same-day tickets may have variable waiting times depending on weather and visitor numbers on the day.
For those with online reservations:
Around 10 minutes before your scheduled check-in, long lines tend to form at the reception due to other reserved guests checking in.
If your schedule allows, we recommend arriving slightly earlier to complete check-in smoothly.

Cancellations may create openings even in currently full time slots.
Even if LINKTIVITY online reservations are sold out, there may still be availability on KKday, so please check there as well.
