11月のオンライン予約（ネット予約）について
大変ありがたいことに、11月のオンライン予約は多くの時間帯で満席となっております。
ご予約はご乗船希望日の3か月前から受付しておりますので、空きがない場合は別の時間帯でのご予約をご検討ください。
🎫 当日券をご利用の場合
- ご予約がない場合でも、乗船場にて当日券を販売しております。
- ただし、当日券は現地先着順での受付となり、待ち時間はその日の予約状況・天候条件や当日券販売状況によって変動いたします。
（事前にお問合せいただいても、待ち時間や販売枚数について正確なご案内はいたしかねます。恐れ入りますが、何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。） - そのため、ご予定を調整のうえ、オンライン予約にて空きのある時間帯をお取りいただくことをおすすめいたします。
例年の傾向として、
- 8:00〜8:30頃（遅くとも9:00頃まで）に受付いただければ、通常待ち時間なしで乗船可能です。
- それ以降は混雑し、午後には当日券が完売することもございます。
- 9:30以降はトロッコ列車の到着により、特に混雑しやすくなります。
混雑を避けたい方は、トロッコ列車以外の交通手段で朝早くお越しいただくのがおすすめです。

亀岡は「霧のまち」として知られており、早朝の便では白靄に包まれた幻想的な景色を楽しめます。
進むにつれ京都市内に入ると霧が晴れ、美しい紅葉が広がる――そんな特別な船旅を体験いただけます。
💡 確実に乗船いただくために
お時間のご都合がつく場合は、オンラインで空きがある時間帯をご予約いただくのが確実でおすすめです。
当日券は、当日の状況（天候や来場者数）により、待ち時間の有無が変わりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
オンライン予約が取れた方へ：
受付時間の10分前頃になると、予約のお客様のチェックインで受付に長蛇の列ができる傾向にあります。
お時間の調整が可能な方は、少し早めにお越しいただき、余裕をもって受付をお済ませいただくとスムーズです。

キャンセル発生により、現在満席の時間帯にも空きが出る場合がございます。

We are very grateful that many time slots for online reservations in November are already fully booked.
Reservations open three months prior to your desired boarding date. If your preferred time slot is unavailable, please consider booking a different time.
🎫 Using Same-Day Tickets
- Even if you don’t have a reservation, same-day tickets are available at the boarding area.
- However, same-day tickets are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and waiting times vary depending on reservation status, weather conditions, and the number of people purchasing same-day tickets.
(Even if you inquire in advance, we cannot provide exact information on waiting times or ticket availability. We kindly ask for your understanding.) - Therefore, we recommend adjusting your schedule and securing a time slot via online reservation if possible.
Based on past trends:
- If you arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 (by 9:00 at the latest), you can usually board without waiting.
- After that, it becomes crowded, and same-day tickets may sell out by the afternoon.
- After 9:30, congestion increases due to the arrival of the Torokko train.
If you wish to avoid crowds, we recommend arriving early using transportation other than the Torokko train.
🌫️ Early Morning Boarding Recommendation
Kameoka is known as the “City of Mist,” and on early morning departures, you can enjoy a magical scenery enveloped in white mist.
As you proceed toward Kyoto City, the mist clears, revealing beautiful autumn leaves—an especially memorable boat ride experience.
💡 How to Ensure Boarding
If your schedule allows, it is safest and most recommended to reserve a time slot online when availability exists.
Please note that same-day tickets may have variable waiting times depending on weather and visitor numbers on the day.
For those with online reservations:
Around 10 minutes before your scheduled check-in, long lines tend to form at the reception due to other reserved guests checking in.
If your schedule allows, we recommend arriving slightly earlier to complete check-in smoothly.
