運航中止時の予約変更について（オンライン予約）

この度は保津川下りを引き続きご検討いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
運航中止となったご予約につきましては、現在ブッキングパートナーのシステムにて返金手続き中です。
誠に恐れ入りますが、運航中止となったチケットの日程変更は承っておりません。
明日以降のご乗船をご希望の場合は、改めてオンラインでのご予約、または 当日券（先着順） をご利用ください。
■ ご予約方法

・時刻表をご確認のうえ、出航時間までにお越しください。
・通常は時間までに来ればご乗船いただけます。
【混雑時】
・紅葉シーズン・繁忙期は 8:00〜9:00 のご来場がおすすめ
・9:00以降は待ち時間が発生する可能性あり（通常、午前9時より前は待ち時間なくご案内できます）
・満席になり次第販売終了
【冬季】
・第一便（10時）は通常通常待ち時間なしで乗船可能です。
・終日ご乗船いただける日が多いですが、混雑状況によっては 午後に当日券が完売 することもあります。

■ About changing your reservation when the tour is cancelled
Thank you for your continued interest in the Hozugawa River Boat Ride.
For online reservations cancelled due to weather, a refund is already being processed through our booking partner’s system.
We sincerely apologize, but date changes cannot be made for tickets cancelled due to suspension of operations.
If you would like to join the tour tomorrow or on another day, please make a new online reservation or use same-day tickets (first-come, first-served).

・Please check the timetable and arrive before your preferred departure time.
・Under normal conditions, you can board if you arrive by the departure time.
Busy periods:
・We recommend arriving between 8:00–9:00 during peak/foliage seasons
・Wait times may occur after 9:00 (Before 9:00 AM, boarding is usually smooth)
・Sales end once all seats are filled
Winter Schedule:
・The first boat at 10:00 usually has little to no waiting time.
・Same-day tickets are generally available all day, but on busy days they may sell out by the afternoon.
