当日券の販売について Same-Day Ticket Information
オンライン予約が満席の場合でも、乗船場にて当日券を販売しています。 ご予約がなくてもご乗船いただける場合があります。
ただし、当日券は現地での先着順受付となります。 待ち時間や販売枚数は、当日の予約状況・天候・来場者数によって大きく変わるため、 お問い合わせいただいても正確なご案内はできません。 あらかじめご了承ください。
Please note: Same-day tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the boarding gate. As waiting times and ticket availability fluctuate significantly based on bookings, weather, and crowd levels, we are unable to provide accurate estimates via phone or email. - 9:00便は待ち時間なしで乗船できる場合が多いです
- 9:30以降はトロッコ列車の到着により混雑しやすくなります
- 日によっては待ち時間が発生します
- The 9:00 AM departure often has little or no waiting time.
- After 9:30 AM, crowds tend to increase due to the arrival of the Sagano Scenic Railway.
- Waiting times may occur depending on the day.
■ 紅葉シーズン Autumn Foliage Season
- 8:00～8:30頃（遅くとも9:00頃まで）の受付がおすすめです
- 朝早く来られた方は待ち時間なしで乗船できる場合が多いです
- 午後には当日券が完売することもあります
- 9:30以降は特に混雑します（トロッコ列車到着のため）
※混雑を避けたい方は、トロッコ列車以外の交通手段で早めにお越しください。
- We strongly recommend arriving between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM (no later than around 9:00 AM).
- Guests arriving early are often able to board with little or no waiting time.
- Same-day tickets may sell out by the afternoon.
- Crowds become especially heavy after 9:30 AM due to the arrival of the Sagano Scenic Railway.

- 10:00便は待ち時間なしで乗船できる場合が多いです

- The 10:00 AM departure often has little or no waiting time.
- On many days, tickets remain available throughout the day.
- However, tickets may still sell out depending on demand.

満席の時間帯でも、キャンセルにより空きが出る場合があります。
- LINKTIVITYが満席でも、KKdayに空きがある場合があります
両方満席の場合は、当日券をご利用ください。
- Even if a departure time is currently full, spaces may become available due to cancellations.
- Sometimes KKday may have availability even when LINKTIVITY is fully booked.
- If both systems are fully booked, please consider purchasing a same-day ticket at the boarding area.
⚠️ オンライン予約のお客様へ For Guests with Online Reservations
受付時間の10分前頃はチェックインのお客様で混雑し、受付に列ができることがあります。 お時間に余裕がある方は、少し早めのご来場をおすすめします。
Around 10 minutes before departure, the reception area may become crowded with guests checking in, and queues may form. If your schedule allows, we recommend arriving slightly earlier than your check-in time.
