Once it’s time for your activity, our staff will guide you to the changing area and provide all necessary gear.
In the meantime, please review the following guidelines:
1. Shoes & Eyewear (Available for rental or purchase)

Please wear shoes with heel straps for a secure fit.
Crocs-style or loose/open footwear is not allowed for safety reasons. -
Rental wet shoes are available for 200 yen. Please inform the staff before the tour.

If you wear glasses or sunglasses, please use an eyewear strap.
Eyewear straps are available for 200 yen.
2. Wetsuits (Provided)

We offer two types of wetsuits: back-zip and front-zip styles.

Please wear a swimsuit or underwear underneath. Avoid cotton materials.
3. Packing (Provided)

Please pack all of your belongings in the bag provided. Our staff will deliver it to the finish point.
4. What to Bring During the Tour

Avoid carrying unnecessary items.

Please remove accessories such as watches, rings, and earrings.

Bringing your phone is not recommended due to the risk of loss and safety concerns.
