集合時間に関する重要なお知らせ

安全で楽しいツアーをお楽しみいただけるよう、スタッフは事前に入念な準備を行っています。

必ず指定された集合時間までにお越しください。
当日のスケジュールは時間を厳密に管理しているため、交通状況や移動時間なども考慮し、時間に十分な余裕をもってお越しください。

万が一、集合時間を15分過ぎてもお越しいただけない場合は、ツアーにご参加いただけません。
その場合は無断キャンセル（No-show）扱いとなり、料金の100％をキャンセル料として申し受けます。

Important: Please Arrive on Time

Our staff carefully prepares for every tour to ensure a safe and enjoyable rafting experience for all guests.

Please make sure to arrive by the scheduled meeting time.
Our tour schedule is tightly coordinated, so please allow plenty of time for travel and check-in.

If you have not arrived within 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time, you will not be able to join the tour.
This will be treated as a no-show, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time to ensure that you arrive by the scheduled meeting time.

集合時間注意事項

為確保每位參加者都能安全、愉快地享受行程，工作人員會事先做好充分的準備。

請務必在指定的集合時間前抵達。
由於行程時間安排較為緊湊，請考慮交通及報到所需時間，預留充足的時間，務必準時抵達。

如指定集合時間過後15分鐘仍未抵達，將無法參加本次行程。
此情況將視為未到（No-show），並收取100%的取消費用。
